Sharing a room is possible
If you wish to share a room with another person, please specify his / her name on the registration form and your request will be considered when assigning rooms.

In case you request the organizing committee will assist you finding a colleague to share a room, please specify this in the appropriate place in the form.
Please note that in this situation there will be no mixed-gender assignments, and that the organizing committee will do its utmost to fulfill your request.

In case the organizer wont be able to find a roommate on your behalf, we will notice in you in advance, then, you will have the option to cancel your booking, or to pay for a single room.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund of payments made towards accommodation and/or tourist services will be refunded if written notification reaches the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. at fice@ortra.com as follows:
- Before 29 August 2019 – Full refund with deduction of €50 handling fee
- From 7 September 2019 – 50% refund
- From 29 September 2019 – No refund
