Accommodation & Tourist Services Terms of Payment
Two nights deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon receipt of your registration form.
The balance of the accommodation & tourist services reservation will be charged one week prior to your arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
If paying by bank transfer, you must pay the entire amount due in full.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd. as follows:
- Cancellation received until June 19, 2018 – Full refund less 100 NIS handling fee
- Cancellation received between June 20-July 21, 2018 – 1 night charge
- Cancellation received from July 22, 2018 – No refund
