 1The reduced “Spouse/Domestic Partner” registration fee applies only for spouses and domestic partners who reside in the same household. It does not apply for roommates, siblings, parents, children or other relatives of the primary registrant. The Conference reserves the right to verify the status of anyone registering in this fashion.

Enhanced Cancellation/ Refund Option

For an additional registration fee of $50 per registrant, you can ​choose an enhanced cancellation/refund option, ​allowing you to cancel your registration for any reason up to 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on July 1, 2015, and receive a full refund of your registration fee and accommodation payments (excluding optional items).  If you choose this option, the additional $50 fee is non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days from the date of registration and no later than June 6, 2015.  Note that even under this enhanced cancellation/refund option, you will need to give written notification of cancellation ​to: Ortra Ltd., at by 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on July 1, 2015, in order to be eligible for the refund. To choose this option, place a check next to this option on the registration form and the $50 fee will be added to your total charges.

Registration Payment Conditions

Full payment of conference fees is required upon registration.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.



To facilitate processing payments, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name and reservation number. 

Online booking and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

Either of the following means can be used for payment:

2. Bank Transfer

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund of payments made towards conference registration fees will be refunded if written notification reaches Ortra Ltd, the Conference Planner as follows:
•    Prior to March 1, 2015 -  full refund with deduction of US$ 30 handling fee.
•    March 1 to June 13, 2015 – 50% refund.
•    After June 13, 2015 – No refund.

Updating Your Registration

In order to update your registration you need to enter your e-mail and password on the registration form.

If you forget your password you can always click on the “forgot your password?” link and an automatic e-mail with your password will be sent to you.
