Late Abstracts will be submitted for Poster Presentation Only

All participants are required to submit abstracts following the instructions below.

There are 2 abstract submission categories. Please specify your preferred category of presentation on the on-line submission form.

1. Poster presentation
2. Oral or Poster presentation

Authors will be informed in due course whether their abstract/s have been chosen for oral or poster presentation.

Instructions for the preparation and submission of abstracts

1. Abstracts must be submitted using the on-line submission link (below). Do not mail or email your abstracts as they will not be considered.
2. All abstracts must be submitted in English.
   • The names and affiliations of ALL authors should be included in the abstract i.e. department, institution, city, country.
   • Abstracts should be no longer than one A4 size page (350 words).
   • References may be inserted within the space allocated for the abstract but no figures, diagrams or frames are allowed.
