PRE-WORKSHOP – Imaging and Image Processing

Lopatie Conference center,
Weizmann Institute of Science
Sunday, 30th March, 2014

The mini-symposium is designed to present major advances in the field of Imaging and Image Processing that can be applied (but are not restricted) to the zebrafish model. Specific topics to be covered in this symposium include: optogenetics, live imaging of neurogenesis and axon guidance, functional imaging of genetically encoded calcium indicators, cell lineage labeling, imaging of single molecule, cell tracking using photoconvertible fluorophores, brainbow applications and emerging technologies of imaging in live animals.

The event is free of charge but registration is required for organizational purposes. Please complete the application form here.

Sessions will take place at the Lopatie Conference Centre, Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot. Please click here for a map of the campus.
