Accomodation Payment Terms

One night deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon your hotel reservation.
The rest of the Tourist Services reservation balance will be charged three weeks prior to your arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy. 

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Refund of payments made towards accommodation will be refunded if written notification reaches the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. as follows:

• Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of booking (unless booking was made during the 7 days prior to the Conference) – Full refund
• Cancellation received up until November 20, 2014 – Full refund less US$ 50 handling fee
• Cancellation received from November 21, 2014 – you will be charged for 1 night’s stay
• Cancellation received from November 28, 2014 – No refund
