Benjamin is heading Bloomberg New Energy Finance’s global client relations, based in the head office in London. In his current capacity Benjamin is responsible for commercial growth programs and oversees the company’s relationship with key stake holders from the Renewable energy, Energy Smart Technologies, Advanced transportation, Gas and Carbon markets.
Benjamin joined New Energy Finance in 2006 to develop and lead the Venture Capital and Private Equity research team at New Energy Finance. Jan 2008 Benjamin was assigned to establish and lead the New Energy Finance customer service department. Bloomberg acquired NEF in 2009 and the firm has since expanded its scope to Power, Advanced Transportation and most recently Gas.
Before joining Bloomberg New Energy Finance, Benjamin was a strategic consultant at Nestle, focusing on the optimisation of resources. Before Nestle, he was a part of the integration M&A team Axa Group and senior analyst at Switzerland based Asset Manager Alasia Investment SA.
Benjamin was awarded BA HEC Montreal in International Business and an MA in Economics and managements from HEC Lausanne Business School.
