Terms of Payment

A 2-night deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon receipt of your booking form. 
The balance will be charged 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

If paying by bank transfer or bank cheque, the entire amount is to be sent in full.
Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants must clearly indicate in all remittances their name and reservation number.

Any payments below US$ 150 will be required to be settled via credit card. Payments from US$ 150 and above can be made either by credit card or bank transfer.

Online booking and payment by credit card are made on a secure server. 

Either of the following means can be used for payment: 

1. Credit Card

Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express will be accepted. 
Please complete your full credit card details on the online booking form.
 

2. Bank Transfer 

Use the following information for your bank transfer, in US$, made payable to Ortra Ltd. 
Please clearly state Reservation Number.

Please note: All costs have to be covered by the ordering customer and "free of charge for the receiver account" on all payments.

Bank transfers will not be accepted after 10 November, 2016.


Cancellation Policy

Refund of accommodation and other tourist services payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at Ortra Ltd. as follows: 

  • Cancellation received until 5 October, 2016 - Full refund less US$ 100 handling fee
  • Cancellation received between 6 October, 2016 - 9 November, 2016 - 50% refund
  • Cancellation received from 10 November, 2016 - No refund

 

Cancellation Insurance

For an additional fee of $50 per registrant, you can choose an enhanced cancellation/refund option, allowing you to cancel your accommodation reservation for any reason up to 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on 20 November, 2016, and receive a full refund of your accommodation payments (excluding optional items).  If you choose this option, the additional $50 fee is non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days from the date of reservation and no later than 1 October, 2016.  Note that even under this enhanced cancellation/refund option, you will need to give written notification of cancellation to: Ortra Ltd., at  wisc2016@ortra.com by 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on 20 November, 2016, in order to be eligible for the refund. To choose this option, place a check next to this option on the registration form and the $50 fee will be added to your total charges.
