Queues on arrival and departure at Ben Gurion Airport can sometimes be very long.

Two different options of 'assistance and transfer' are available (through Ortra Ltd):
SHARED Airport Assistance and Transfer
Transfer on a sharing-basis from the airport to the official conference hotels will be available on Sunday-Monday, 4-5 December and back to the airport on Thursday-Saturday, 8-10 December.
If you book this service you will be met on the right side of the Arrival Hall (near the ‘Swarovski’ counter) and transferred to your hotel.
Waiting time can be up to 30 minutes. Transfer to Jerusalem takes approximately 45 min.
Upon departure, our representative will meet you at the lobby of your hotel 4 hours prior to departure flight and will escort you to Ben Gurion international airport.
US$ 75 per person, for arrival transfer, one way
US$ 75 per person, for departure transfer, one way
Important note:
Shared transfers must be booked by Nov. 27 in order to be guaranteed.
Passing this date, availability will not be guaranteed.
PRIVATE Airport Assistance and Transfer
If you book this service you will be met on the right side of the Arrival Hall (near the ‘Swarovski’ counter). Your personal chauffeur will welcome you, holding a sign with your name and transfer you to your hotel.
There is no waiting time as the transfer is not shared. Transfer to Jerusalem takes approximately 45 min.

US$ 170 up to 2 persons on departure (transfer only)
VIP PRIVATE Airport Assistance and Transfer / on arrival only
This service operates from the plane, where you will be greeted on landing at the end of the flight sleeve.
A representative will escort you all the way through passport control, luggage collection, directly to the awaiting car transfer and then on to your hotel.
There is no waiting time as the transfer is not shared. Transfer to Jerusalem takes approximately 45 min.

Reservations for the above assistance and transfers are to be made through this website.
You must provide your final flight details using the "Tourist Services Booking" online form no later than two weeks prior to arrival.
