Terms of Payment

Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Payments can be made by one of the following options:

  • Wire transfer - Wire transfer in ILS to Afeka Tel Aviv College of Engineering, 38 Mivtsa Kadesh, Tel Aviv, Israel; First International Bank of Israel, 15th Beit Tzuri St. Tel Aviv, Israel; Account No: 246433, Bank No: 031, Branch No: 082, IBN No: IL560310820000000246433.
  • Credit card -  Via the online registration form
  • Purchase order - please send the company's purchase order details and invoicing address to: SPD-Registration@afeka.ac.il

Your account will be charged in ILS according to the exchange rate on the date of the transaction

All bank charges should be covered by the sender.

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fee refunds will be made only upon written notification of cancellation to the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd., and according to the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation by April 22: No cancellation fee (full refund)
  • Cancellation between April 23 and May 22: 75% refund (less $30 handling fee)
  • Cancellation between May 23 and June 22: 50% refund (less $30 handling fee)
  • Cancellation by June 23: No refund
