Registration Payment Terms

Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made upon receipt of written notification of cancellation at the Symposium Secretariat, as follows:

  • Before April 15, 2015 - 100% refund of registration fees
  • From April 16, 2015 until June 10, 2015 - 50% refund of registration fess
  • From June 11, 2015 - No refund

Refunds are subject to credit card / bank process fee of $30. 

Cancellation Insurance

ISSW30 registrants can add on Cancellation Insurance including a full refund of their paid registration fees and accommodation payments (excluding optional items) for $50. The fee is non-refundable and must be purchased within 7 days from the date of registration and no later than 17 June 2015. This Cancellation Insurance is applicable with written notification of cancellation by July 14 2015, at 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) and is valid for any and all circumstances.

Those interested in purchasing this Cancellation Insurance are requested to check this on the registration form and the amount of the insurance will be added to their total charges.
