  Request for Exhibitor Badges

General:
IMTM is your chance to reach the most widely traveled group of people in the Eastern Mediterranean Region. Already in 2002 Israelis accounted for more than 3 million trips abroad. This number has now grown by nearly 1 million more, and for 2004 the Israeli public will register more than 4 million trips abroad. Israelis travel more, and more frequently, than all other travelers in the region combined.

Venue:
The exhibition will be held at the ultra-modern Pavilion No. 1 of the Tel Aviv Fairgrounds, (Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center) located in the northern outskirts of Tel Aviv, a 30 minutes drive from Ben Gurion Airport.



Rates:

A. Standard Booths of 6 sq.m. each (54 sq. feet)
Booth includes: Rear and side panels, 1 table, 2 chairs, 3 spotlights, 1 electricity outlet, 2 shelves, carpet, signage and listing in the exhibition catalogue.

Up to 2 Standard booths - US $ 2,310 each (US $ 385 per sq.m.)
Additional booths – US $ 1,980 per booth (US $ 330 per sq.m.)
Corner booth supplement - US $ 30 per sq. m. .

B. Non-Constructed Exhibition Space - minimum 40 sq.m. (360 sq.feet)
Includes electrical outlet and listing in the exhibition catalogue. Furniture, carpets, etc. are to be ordered separately at additional payment.

Up to 40 sq.m - US $ 255 per sq.m.
Each additional sq.m. - US $ 210

VAT- Foreign exhibitors, paying in foreign currency, are exempted from VAT.


General Terms and Conditions
1.
Transportation of exhibits to and from the exhibition and arrangements in the booths/exhibition space are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and at his expense. The Exhibitor will not obstruct aisles or approaches to the exhibition area and will in no way cause inconvenience to other exhibitors. 
2.
All exhibits are required to be within their booth/exhibition area one hour before the exhibition opens. Exhibits are not to be moved during opening hours.
3.
All arrangements by the exhibitor inside his booths/exhibition area must comply with Israeli safety regulations.
4.
The organizers reserve the right to change the layout of the exhibition, postpone or cancel it, or move the exhibition to a different location.
5.
The organizers are obliged to assure the orderly operation of the exhibition by all means at their disposal.
6.
Exhibitors may not take their exhibits to booths/areas outside the booths/areas allocated to them, without permission from the organizers.
7.
The organizers, although providing general security, are by no means responsible for theft or damage to exhibitors' property.
8.
Exhibitors are required to insure themselves and their property against theft, damage and third-party claims by visitors and staff.
9.
The organizers are responsible for general maintenance, which does not include maintenance of booth/exhibition areas.
10.
Exhibitors will refrain from making noise or disseminating odors that may inconvenience other exhibitors. Furthermore, in order to avoid unfair competition, exhibitors will limit height of the exhibits to 2.5 m.
11.
Exhibitors in booths should not add signposts, etc. to their firm's name sign provided by the organizers on the outside of their booths.
12.
Exhibitors reserving unconstructed areas must submit a plan of their display to the organizers for approval, no later than 30 days before opening.



Terms of Payment

50 % of the total sum should be paid within 21 days after receipt of Confirmation of Participation.
Balance should be paid no later than January 1, 2006
Payment is to be made to ORTRA Ltd. either by cheque, credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Diners) or by bank transfer to Bank Hapoalim, Branch no. 780, Itzchak Sade, Tel Aviv, Account no. 142-472330, Swift code: POALILIT

Terms of Cancellation
A 50 % refund will be given, (less $ 300 bank charges and handling fees) providing that notification of cancellation reaches Ortra Ltd. prior to January 5, 2006 and providing that space is reallocated to another exhibitor.

Exhibition Space Allocation

When registering, please indicate your first and second choices of space as per the floor plan .
Space will be allocated on a first come-first served basis

Note: Verbal orders received without payment are not binding.

Exhibition Registration Form
Those interested are requested to complete and return the Exhibition Registration Form to Ortra Ltd. Written Confirmation and invoice will be sent within 14 days after receipt of the Registration Form. This reservation will take effect once the advance payment has been received.

Guidelines for hanging decorative materials in a standard booth

 The walls (panels) of a standard booth are made of plywood, therefore the use of any kind of nails or thumbtacks is strictly forbidden.
 Posters and decorations are to be hanged using a double-sided scotch tape.
 Special hooks for hanging framed pictures and the like can be obtained on-site from the organizers.
