SPECIAL I.M.T.M BENEFITS FOR EXHIBITORS

  LOCATION

The exhibition will be held in halls 31 and 32, at the Tel Aviv Trade Fairs and Exhibition Center, located in the northern outskirts of the city, a 30-minute drive from Ben Gurion International Airport.


 
TARIFFS

Exhibitors are offered the following:

a. Standard exhibition display stand of minimum 6 sqm. each, or dimensions as per your requirement.

  • US $ 350 per sqm., up to 12 sqm.
  • US $ 300 for each additional sqm.

b. Unconstructed area (open space) - minimum 40 sqm.

  • US $ 230 per sqm., up to 40 sqm.
  • US $ 190 for each additional sqm. (see remarks)
  • VAT must be added to the above rates. Foreign participants paying in foreign currency are exempted from VAT


  TERMS OF PAYMENT

A payment of 50% of total should be paid 21 days after receipt of confirmation of participation and invoice. The balance should be paid no later than January 10, 2002. Payment should be made to Ortra Ltd. by bank cheque or bank transfer to account no. 142-47233, Bank Hapoalim, Branch no. 554.

     

  REGISTRATION

Those interested are requested to complete and return the Exhibition and Catalogue Registration Forms to Ortra Ltd. before 15 November 2001

     

  CANCELLATION

A 50% refund will be returned if notification of cancellation reaches Ortra Ltd before December 30, 2001 and on condition that the space allocated is re-rented to another exhibitor, except for $ 300 bank expenses and handling fees.

 


 
EXHIBITION SPACE

The form should include an alternative choice of space desired. If the requested space is unavailable, the exhibitor will be given an alternative location subject to his confirmation.
Verbal reservations received without payment are not binding.
Exhibitors will receive written confirmation and invoice within 14 days after receipt of his/her Exhibition Registration Form. This confirmation will take effect only after receipt of advance payment.

  SPECIAL SERVICES TO EXHIBITORS

Exhibitors will receive the following services at no extra cost:

  1. Exhibition catalog listing
  2. 100 exhibition invitations for each booth or 40 sqm. of open space

REMARKS

*  Display booth / stand  - see Standard Booth for details
*   Unconstructed area (open space) - includes floor space only (electrical supply and water to be ordered separately)
*   Exhibitors can obtain, upon request, a catalog and prices for the following services: Furniture, Electrical Supply, Electrical Sockets, Refrigerator, Flowers.

"Current Trends in World Tourism-The Israeli Aspect" including Experts-panel:
"Changes in the Consuming Behavior of the Israeli Traveler" and a cocktail. (Seminar and panel will be conducted in Hebrew)

  TOURIST SERVICES 

Please state in the Exhibition Registration Form your request for the above mentioned services. 
Ortra Ltd. will send you offers, programs and rates and will make the necessary reservations.

  ACCESS TO ISRAEL

Participants from most countries do not require entry visas.  If needed, visas will be granted  to all bona fide participants provided that the application to the local representative of Israel is made at least three months before arrival in Israel.

  FLIGHTS TO ISRAEL

EL AL Israel Airlines is the official airline of  I.M.T.M.  2002.  Participants may benefit from special reduced airfares to Israel on board El Al flights.  For details kindly contact your local El Al office.
