1. Transportation of exhibits to and from the exhibition and arrangements in the booths/exhibition space are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and at his expense. The Exhibitor will not obstruct aisles or approaches to the exhibition area and will in no way cause inconvenience to other exhibitors. 
2. All exhibits are required to be within their booth/exhibition area one hour before the exhibition opens. Exhibits are not to be moved during opening hours.
3. All arrangements by the exhibitor inside his booths/exhibition area must comply with Israeli safety regulations.
4. The organizers reserve the right to change the layout of the exhibition, postpone or cancel it, or move the exhibition to a different location.
5. The organizers are obliged to assure the orderly operation of the exhibition by all means at their disposal.
6. Exhibitors may not take their exhibits to booths/areas outside the booths/areas allocated to them, without permission from the organizers.
7. The organizers, although providing general security, are by no means responsible for theft or damage to exhibitors' property.
8. Exhibitors are required to insure themselves and their property against theft, damage and third-party claims by visitors and staff.
9. The organizers are responsible for general maintenance, which does not include maintenance of booth/exhibition areas.
10. Exhibitors will refrain from making noise or disseminating odors that may inconvenience other exhibitors. Furthermore, in order to avoid unfair competition, exhibitors will limit height of the exhibits to 2.5 m.
11. Exhibitors in booths should not add signposts, etc. to their firm's name sign provided by the organizers on the outside of their booths.
12. Exhibitors reserving unconstructed areas must submit a plan of their booth/space to the organizers for approval, no later than 30 days before opening.
