Countries without Diplomatic Relations with Israel
A request letter should be sent to Ortra no later than three months prior to the Congress including full name, full address, a copy of the first page of the passport and arrival and departure flight details.
Ortra will approach the Israeli authorities to obtain a visa on behalf of the delegate. Visa will be issued at the airport upon arrival. Passports are not stamped upon arrival or departure.
*Granting of such requests is at the discretion of the authorities in Israel.
