Sharing a room is possible.
If you wish to share a room with another person, please specify his / her name on the registration form and your request will be considered when assigning rooms. Please note that the forms of the respective colleagues should specify the names of the people who wish to share a room.
In case you request the organizing committee will assist you finding a colleague to share a room, please specify this in the appropriate place in the form. Please note that in this situation there will be no mixed-gender assignments, and that the organizing committee will do its utmost to fulfill your request.

Payment
Payment for accommodation will be made to Ortra Ltd. by Credit Card only (MasterCard / Visa / American Express)
Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.
Accommodation & Tourist Services Terms of Payment
Two nights deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon receipt of your registration form.
The balance of the accommodation & tourist services reservation will be charged two weeks prior to your arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund of payments made towards tourist services reservations will be refunded if written notification reaches Ortra Ltd, the Symposium Secretariat as follows:
• Cancellation prior December 31, 2013 full refund with deduction of US$ 30 handling fee.
• Cancellation January 1, 2013 – January 15 full refund with deduction of 1 night accommodation and US$ 30
handling fee.
• Cancellation received on or after January 16, 2013 – No refund.
