Instruction for presenters:
Text and CV: Please send your paper [full text] and cv to the organizers ICMHISRAEL@ortra.com as soon as possible, before the start of the congress
The papers will be submitted in English or French, in MS Word format [preferably font 12, line spacing 1.5]. Please indicate special features requested. Notes [footnotes or endnotes] should be written by academic standards.
Slide shows, PPT, maps, and other auxiliary material should be sent, preferably by email, to the congress secretariat before the start of the congress. Alternately the material can be submitted by disk or disk-on-key on site, on the first day of the congress.
Publication: The papers, either in digital form or printed copies, together with all auxiliary material will be given in full to the secretariat, accompanied with suggestion on the form of inclusion in the text for publication. Authors who wish to correct, edit, modify, or otherwise introduce changes to their paper, asked to submit the edited paper no later than 1 November 2018.

הגשת ההרצאות לצורכי התרגום במהלך הכנס ולצורכי הכנת האקטא לאחריו
ה-PAPERS שיועברו במהלך הכנס ימסרו לפני הכנס לחברה המארגנת : ICMHISRAEL@ortra.com
ובמהלך היום הראשון שלו למזכירות שתעמידו לרשות מערך התרגום. מרצים יעבירו גם קורות חיים לשימושו של המנחה.
מצגות ה PPT יועברו למזכירות הכנס באמצעות הדואר האלקטרוני לפני הכנס. במהלך היום הראשון שלו יועברו המצגות למזכירות באמצעות דיסקים או על גבי DISK ON KEE.
ה PAPERS , התרשימים והמפות יישארו במזכירות הכנס לצורכי הכנת האקטא. מרצים ידגישו מפות ומרשמים חשובים שיש לשלבם בצד הטקסט (ברוב המקרים בשחור לבן). למרצים תינתן אורכה עד ל-1 בנובמבר 2018 כדי להכניס תיקונים ושינוים ולאשר את הגרסה הסופית לפרסום.
ה- PAPERS באנגלית ובצרפתית ימסרו לעריכה סופית בתבנית של וורד בפונט של 12 ובמרווחים של 1.5 בין השורות. קטעים ומשפטים שיש להדגיש יועברו בבולד. הערות ומראי מקום יועברו במרוכז בסופו של הPAPER על פי הכללים המקובלים באקדמיה.
