IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. Online registration is required.
  2. Each paper (MAIN or WORKSHOP) MUST be registered under a full, in-person registration type (Student registration type is fine).
  3. Authors that have multiple WORKSHOP papers are allowed to assign up to 3 papers with each registration (this rule does not apply to MAIN conference papers).
  4. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
  5. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
  6. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.
  7. Visa to Israel - the visa application process is long - please plan accordingly. If you already paid the full passport rate and your request for a visa was denied by the authorities, you may amend your participation to virtual instead. Badge Policy

Access to all ECCV activities will be allowed only to people wearing ECCV 2022 badges. Our policy is not to reprint badges or replace lost badges. If you lose your badge, you will be able to purchase a new registration at the current on-site rates, but only if on-site registration will be offered. Please keep track of your badge and make sure you bring it each day.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PAYMENT TERMS

Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.

Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Personalized confirmation will be sent by email once your payment has been received. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by the following means:

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners or AMEX)

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer should be made out to Ortra Ltd.:

Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M., branch no. 666, Shoham St., Ramat Gan, Israel, Israel. Account #: 492600/12, Swift code: LUMIILITTLV, IBAN #: IL64 0106 6600 0004 9260 012. Copy of bank transfer document enclosed. 
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Please note: All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account” on all payments.

Bank transfers will not be accepted after October 15, 2022.

REPLACEMENTS & REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All refund requests must be made via email to eccv@ortra.com. All cancellations will be subject to a 220 NIS cancellation fee for each paper/registration before September 22, 2022, 11:59pm ET. NO REFUNDS will be made after September 22, 2022. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty and you can do this by logging into your registration yourself.
