Dear friends, dear colleagues,

Since the 30th. Anniversary of the State of Israel, each decade we, the Union of Local Authorities in Israel (ULAI), are organizing the International Conference to gather all our international partners with Israeli Local Government representatives.

The participation in the Conference will be the expression of the world’s sympathy and friendship with the international work of ULAI.

The Conference will take place in the holy city of Jerusalem in the presence of T.E. the President, the Prime Minister of Israel and high government officials of Israel and the world.

The celebration is one that will acknowledge the achievements of local governments throughout Israel with the resulting benefits for all its citizens and the collaboration established with our international partners.
It is definitely an occasion to exchange ideas, learn from each other and prepare ourselves for the next decade.

I am sending a message of friendship to our neighbors to join us in brotherhood and to build bridges for peace among all people.

We believe you will use this opportunity to visit Israel, a small country with great history and heritage.
