REGISTRATION METHOD
All pre-registered attendees will be emailed confirmations.
If you have not received a confirmation within three weeks
of registering, please contact the Conference Agent.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Registration Confirmation will be sent upon completion of your registration fee. You may present the Registration Confirmation letter to the Embassy of Israel for issuing visa (if necesassary) as a proof of your invitation from ULAI to participate in the International Conference on March 2008 in Jerusalem.
PAYMENT
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.
All payments must be in US dollar or Euro by bank transfer or credit card.

The International Conference accepts VISA, MasterCard/Eurocard, Diners, American Express.
Payment will be charged in US$, based on the exchange rate
between the euro and the US$ on the date of payment.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If you are unable to attend the Conference after registration,
you must notify the Conference Agent ORTRA in writing of
your request for a refund. Refund will be made upon receipt
of this written notice, less handling fee and bank service
charge. Refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Cancellations received after 10 February, 2008 will be
refunded 50%, and no refund will be issued after 1 March, 2008.
ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS
Registration opens on Sunday, 9 March 2008 from 14:00-19:00
in the lobby of the Inbal Jerusalem Hotel. Attendees will
be able to pay for their on-site registrations in US Dollars
or Euros, by credit card or cash.
