The Conference has allocation of rooms at several hotels in Jerusalem. In order to secure the special Conference rates, delegates are required to book their accommodation through ORTRA Ltd., as listed in the Hotel Accommodation Form.

Accommodation should be booked by 10 FEBRUARY 2008.
After said date, accommodation can not be guaranteed.

HOTEL / RATES
The Conference has allocation of rooms at hotels in four categories:

Online tourist services bookings and payment by credit card are on a secure server.

Any changes to your reservation must be made through ORTRA Ltd.
Reservations will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
Tax and service charge are included in the room rates.
All reservations are to be made through the Conference Agent ORTRA Ltd.

PAYMENT METHOD
Two nights deposit will be charged upon receipt of your “Tourist Services Form”. The rest of the Tourist Services reservation balance will be charged a week prior to your arrival.
Payment to Ortra Ltd. can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express only).
Payment by Credit Card will be charged in US$, based on the exchange rate between the Euro and the US$ on the date of payment.

CANCELLATION
The deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations received after 10 February, 2008 or if the room is not occupied on the advised date of arrival.
