Domestic Flights  
 

Domestic flights in Israel are operated by 2 airlines, Arkia and Israir, that offer various flights on week days (Sunday-Thursday) and on weekends (Friday -Saturday) from Ben Gurion International Airport and from Sde Dov Domestic Airport in Tel Aviv (also known as Dov Hoz) - to Eilat.

The Conference Secretariat offers special fares to conference participants and will be happy to assist with information and bookings as well as to reserve hotel accommodation for those who may need an overnight in Tel Aviv or elsewhere.

Airport transfers:
In addition to the on demand taxi service available at both airports, special airport transfers are also available on a prearranged basis. The Conference Secretariat will arrange upon request and for a fee, a private transfer from the airport, including airport assistance after passport control. A VIP service from the aircraft doors is also possible for additional charge. Participants who book these services should notify the Conference Secretariat of their arrival details no later than one week prior to arrival.

Travel between Ben Gurion Airport and Sde Dov Airport:
Travel time between the airports can take between 35 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic.

Passport control, security & check in:
For international flights, passengers should arrive to the airport 3 hours prior to departure. For domestic flights, either from Ben Gurion or from Sde Dov, the required time is 1 hour.

Ben Gurion Airport Terminals:
International flights operate from Terminal 3 & domestic flights operate from Terminal 1.

Ben Gurion Internal Shuttle Service:
The Israel Airports Authority runs a free shuttle service every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, all week.
At times of increased traffic and exceptional circumstances, waiting time may take up to 25 minutes.
The Shuttle runs from the long-term parking lot to Terminal 3 and back, and also stops at terminal 1 when the terminal operates (there are no domestic flights at night).
Terminal 3 shuttle stop is located on Level B of the multi-level road, between entrance gates 21 & 23.
Terminal 1 shuttle stop is located in front of the building.
