Symposium Transfers
Symposium transfers will be provided, from Ben-Gurion Airport (International Airport) to Yearim Hotel, on Sunday, June 7 only.
Transfers will operated as per the below timetable:
From Airport to Yearim Hotel:
Sunday, June 7 at: 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00.
From Yearim Hotel to Airport or Tel Aviv Central bus station:
Thursday, June 11 at 17:00.

Airport Assistance
In addition to the special symposium transfers, special airport transfers are also available on a prearranged basis.
The Symposium Secretariat will arrange upon request, private transfers from the airport to the selected conference hotels for a fee (up to 2 people). Participants who book these services should notify the Symposium Secretariat of their arrival details no later than one week prior to their arrival and they will be met at the airport by the personal driver.
Rates (up to 2 people):
Private Arrival Transfer: 745 NIS
Upon arrival, you will pass through immigration, collect your bags, pass through Customs, and then proceed to the Arrivals Hall. On the right side of the Arrival Hall (near the 'Erroca' counter) your personal chauffeur will welcome you, holding a sign with your name.
Private Departure Transfer: 745 NIS
Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of the hotel, holding a sign with your name.
Pick up for return transfer will be 4 hours prior to flight departure time.
Taxi
Estimated price: 280 NIS
Taxis are readily available at the airport. They operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a private or shared service.
Taxis can be found right outside the Arrival Hall of the airport.
Taxi services are regulated and the Taxi companies at BGN operate under permission.
