There is public trasportation leaving approximately every hour from Ye'arim hotel to Jerusalem Central Station and back.

Ortra Ltd., has secured a block of rooms in Yearim Hotel (Symposium venue) for the symposium participants. In order to take advantage of the reduced rates, please make your reservations, payments and coordinate changes with Ortra and not directly with the hotel.

Accommodation & Tourist Services Terms of Payment
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
If paying by bank transfer, you must pay the entire amount due in full.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd. as follows:
- Cancellation received until May 4, 2020 – Full refund less 100 NIS handling fee
- Cancellation received between May 5, 2020 – 1 night charge
- Cancellation received from May 25, 2020 – No refund
