ORTRA manages the logistics of every event with a professional and dedicated management team that includes:
- Conference Manager
- Conference Coordinator
- Head hostess & staff of multilingual hostesses (1 per 70 participants)
- Security staff
- Registration staff & hospitality desk
The ORTRA team orders and supervises all technical requirements, including: signage, A/V equipment, and simultaneous translations. The team is also responsible for booth design, layout, floor plan, booth construction and dismantling, security, coordination of shipping and storage, and on-site supervision of sponsors and exhibitors.
