Dear MEN workshop participant The recent events in Israel have lead to serious discussions with the local and international organizing committee, whether the Israel meeting should be held as scheduled. Although the location of the meeting is well within Israel proper and is safe by any standard, some members have expressed concern. Therefore we decided to postpone the workshop in Israel. The new dates are 16 - 21 May 2004, after the 2002 meeting in the USA. I would urge you to spread the word around to all interested parties, even though most will have gotten the same letter. We look forward to a productive meeting scientifically and socially in 2002 and, a peaceful and enjoyable meeting in Israel in 2004. Sincerely
