Registration Payment Terms
Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms. Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at the Conference Secretariat as follows:

Before February 19, 2008 Full refund less $100 handling fee.
From February 20, 2008 No refund
