Astral Seaside Hotel
Astral Seaside Hotel (formerly Astral Galei Eilat) is located by the North Beach, within walking distance from the conference venue, and all major shopping centers and attractions.
The hotel was recently renovated and has 107 rooms with a beautiful view of the Red Sea, lobby bar, swimming pool, gift shop and private parking. All rooms are equipped with refrigerator, TV, radio, telephone, bathroom and full air conditioning.

Astral Village
The beautiful Astral Village is located within walking distance from the conference venue, just by the Marina and the Peace Lagoon. With their red tile roofs and unique design, all 182 rooms and suites are surrounded by a flourishing garden.

Two nights deposit will be charged upon receipt of your “Tourist Services Form”.
The balance will be charged one week prior to arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy, as below.
Tourist Services Cancellation Policy
Refund of payments made towards Tourist Services reservations, will be made providing that
written notification reaches the Conference Secretariat as follows:
Until 3 April 2009 - Full refund less US$ 100 handling fee.
Between 4 - 15 April 09 - Refund of payments less US$ 100 handling fee and 1 night accommodation.
Between 16 - 25 April 09 - Refund of payments less US$ 100 handling fee and 2 nights accommodation
From 26 April 2009 - Full cancellation fees, no refund
