Travel to Israel

The best way to travel to Israel is by air. There are regular direct flights from major cities in Europe and North America, as well as from a number of Asian cities to Tel Aviv, Ben-Gurion International Airport.

Symposium Transfers

Symposium transfers will be provided, free of charge, from Ben-Gurion Airport (International Airport) to Yearim Hotel, on Sunday, July 8 only.

Transfers will be allocated based on number of people arriving in different flights.
Please expect up to 60 minutes waiting time.

Symposium transfers are for arrivals only.

Airport Assistance

In addition to the special symposium transfers, special airport transfers are also available on a prearranged basis.

The Symposium Secretariat will arrange upon request, private transfers from the airport to the selected conference hotels for a fee (up to 2 people) including airport assistance right after passport control. A VIP service from the aircraft doors is also possible for additional charge. Participants who book these services should notify the Symposium Secretariat of their arrival details no later than one week prior to their arrival and they will be met at the airport by Ortra representative.

Airport Assistance 740 NIS

Meeting with the conference representative right after passport control, escorted through luggage pickup area and transfer to the selected hotel.

Departure Transfer 720 NIS

Our Representative will meet you at the lobby approximately 4 hours before your departure transfer and will escort you to the Ben-Gurion International Airport.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available at the airport. They operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a private or shared service.
Taxis can be found right outside the Arrival Hall of the airport.
Taxi services are regulated and the Taxi companies at BGN operate under permission.

Train

The train station is located on Level S of the Landside Building, adjacent to the Arrival Hall. The train will take you to the Hagana Station in Tel Aviv from where you will need a Taxi to reach your hotel. The cost of the train is about 15 NIS and the cost of the Taxi is about 40 NIS.

Bus

Public transportation services are located in the three-storey bridge on the second floor, next to Gates 21 and 23. Line 476 runs from Ben-Gurion International Airport, Terminal 3, to the Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv from where you will need a Taxi to reach your hotel. The cost of the bus is about 10 NIS and the cost of the Taxi is about 40 NIS.

Car Rental

The car rental companies’ counters are located on the first floor of the East Gallery in the Arrival Hall. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Kindly take into your consideration parking fees of about 50 NIS per day in Dan Panorama Hotel parking lot.
