Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made upon receipt of written notification* of cancellation at the Symposium Secretariat, as follows:
- Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the symposium) – Full refund less 100 NIS handling fee
- Before April 9, 2018 - 100% refund of registration fees less 100 NIS handling fee
- From April 10, 2018 until June 4, 2018 - 65% refund of registration fess
- From June 5, 2018 - No refund
