Registration fees are applicable on the date of payment, not on the date of registration.
 

Registration fees include:

•    Participation in the symposium program
•    Lunches & refreshments as per program
•    Evening event in the Taj Ma'ahal on January 22, 2014

The symposium has limited funds to support students’ attendance. If you wish to apply for such support please write to the symposium secretariat by email to isp@ortra.com the sum required and why should you be granted such support (up to 100 words).

Payment

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

 

Registration Payment Terms

Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form. 
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

 

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund of payments made towards symposium registration fees will be refunded if written notification reaches Ortra Ltd, the Symposium Secretariat as follows:

• Cancellation prior December 31, 2013 full refund with deduction of US$ 30 handling fee. 
• Cancellation January 1, 2013 – January 15 full refund with deduction of 1 night accommodation and US$ 30
   handling fee. 
• Cancellation received on or after January 16, 2013 – No refund.

 

Transportation

If you wish to order a private transportation from the airport to the symposium's hotel, please write to isp@ortra.com for further details. Otherwise and subject to prior registration, there will be an organized transportation to the symposium's hotel on the morning of January 20 from Tel-Aviv (Arlozerov train station) and from Jerusalem (The International Congress Center). Alternatively you can take a public transportation directly from the airport to the hotel.

 

Tourist Services Reservations

Tours for accompanying guests as well as pre and post-conference tours in Israel are offered for interested participants.

Special requests for additional tourist services reservations, such as hotel extensions, regular tours, private car tours, car rentals, touring in limousines with driver/guide, etc. can be booked through Ortra Ltd.

 

Important Notes!

•    Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. 
•    Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.  
•    Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment. 
•    The symposium program is subject to change without prior notice. 
•    In the unlikely event of cancellation of the symposium, the only liability of the symposium hosts is to refund all the
     registration fees paid.  
•    All inquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat.
