Cancellation Policy:
Refund of registration fees
will be made if written notification of cancellation is received as follows:
Before
March 20, 2003 - full refund less $80 handling fee.
From
March 21 until April 15, 2003 - 50% refund.
From
April 16, 2003 - no refund
