GENERAL
INFORMATION
The Technical Exhibition is an integral part of the Symposium, which enables
the participants of the Symposium and local professionals
to examine EMC products and services.
- Entrance to the
exhibition is free of charge.
- The Exhibition
is to be held in conjunction with the Symposium Between May
12 - 14, 2003
- Lecture halls
will be located adjacent to the exhibition thus ensuring a continuous
flow of attendees throughout the exhibition area.
- Symposium refreshment
breaks will be held in the exhibit area. A number of lounge areas will
be provided, to facilitate interaction between attendees and exhibitors.
- On the opening
day of the Symposium one and a half hours will be included in the program
for an introductory visit to the exhibition by the participants.

be offered standard booths (Syma System or similar) of 8 sq.m. (approx.
72 sq.ft.) each.

includes the registration of one person in the Symposium (Technical
program, symposium kit, 3 lunches, Istanbul tour and social events).

- After the Symposium,
the exhibitors can receive the list of addresses of all symposium participants,
which may be used for advertising your services.

REGISTRATION
Interested parties are requested to complete the enclosed Exhibition
Registration Form and return it to the Exhibition Organizers,
ORTRA Ltd. Optional services should be ordered as detailed above.
PAYMENT
Advance payment:
25% of cost of space and optional services ordered to be paid within 21
days of receiving confirmation and invoice.
Second payment:
Additional 25% no later than December 15, 2002
Third payment:
Balance no later than March 1, 2003

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If written notification of cancellation reaches the organizers before
December 15, 2002, all payments will be refunded in full, except US $300
bank expenses and handling fees.
2. For notification between December 16, 2002 and February 1, 2003, 50 %
of the fee will be returned, less US $300, unless the booth(s) is/are sold
to another exhibitor.
3. After February 1, 2003 no refunds will be made unless the booth(s) is/are
sold to other exhibitors, in this case only US $300 will be retained.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
| 1. |
Assignment of space to
exhibitors is based upon the IEEE EMC Society booth allocation "Point
System". EMC 2003 will continue to receive applications and assign
Exhibit space, as it remains available, until the Symposium opening
date. In all cases, total booth payments must be received prior to
Symposium opening. EMC 2003's assignment of booths is final and shall
constitute an acceptance of the Exhibitor's offer to occupy space.
After assignment, space location may not be changed, transferred or
cancelled by the Exhibitor, except upon written request and with the
subsequent written approval of the organizers. The organizers reserve
the right to reassign Exhibitor space or to modify floor plan for
the overall benefit of the entire exhibition. |

Transportation of exhibits
to and from the exhibition and arrangements in the exhibition area
of the exhibitor are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and
on his account. The exhibitor will not obstruct aisles, approaches
to the exhibition area and in no way cause inconvenience to other
exhibitors and/or visitors. |

All exhibits
shall be inside the display areas one hour before the exhibition opens.
Exhibits will not be moved during opening hours. |
| 4. |
All arrangements
by the exhibitor inside his display area shall comply with Turkish
safety regulations. |
| 5. |
The organizers
reserve the right to change the layout of the exhibition, postpone
or cancel it, or move the exhibition to a different location. |
| 6. |
The organizers
are obliged to assure the orderly operation of the exhibition by all
means at their disposal. |
| 7. |
Exhibitors may
not use space outside the allocated areas, without permission from
the organizers. |
| 8. |
The organizers,
although providing general security, will not be liable for any damage,
loss, or injury to persons of any kind or from any cause whatsoever
by reason of use, occupation and enjoyment of exhibit space by Exhibitor
or any person thereon with the consent of Exhibitors. Exhibitors will
defend, indemnify and save Organizers from all liability whatsoever,
on account of any such damage, loss or injury, whether or not caused
by negligence or breach of obligation by Exhibitor or its employees
or representatives. The exhibitor will be liable for all damages or
liability of any kind or for any loss, damage or injury to persons
or any property during the exhibition from any cause whatsoever by
reason of use, occupation and enjoyment of exhibit space. |

Exhibitors
shall insure themselves and their property against theft, injuries
etc. and claims by visitors and staff. |
| 10. |
The organizers
are responsible for general maintenance, which does not include cleaning
of display areas. |
| 11. |
Exhibitors will
refrain from making noise or causing odors, which may cause inconvenience
to other exhibitors. In order to avoid unfair competition, exhibitors
will limit height of the exhibits to 2.5m. For construction above
2.5 m height, special authorization is required and drawings shall
be submitted no later than April1, 2003. |

Exhibitors in
non-constructed areas must submit the plan of their displays to the
organizers of the exhibition for approval no later than 30 days before
opening, including detailed specifications of constructions, which
require the exhibition engineers' confirmation. |
| 13. |
Exhibitors in
booths shall not add signposts etc. to the signposts provided by the
organizers on the outside of their booths. |
