Preliminary Registration
Please complete the Online Registration Form and send it together with your payment to the Symposium Secretariat. Payments can be made by bank draft or bank transfer to account #142-472330, Bank Hapoalim (swift code poalilit), Branch no. 780, Itzhak Sade’ Street, Tel Aviv or by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Diners/American Express only). Payment by Credit Card will be charged in US$, based on the exchange rate between the Euro and the US$ on the date of payment.

Online registration and payment by credit card are on a secure server.

Registration Payment Terms
Registration fees including tickets for optional events will be charged upon receipt of registration forms. Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by the Symposium Secretariat as follows:

Until September 13, 2005 Full refund less € 80 handling fees
September 14 - October 17, 2005 50% Refund
After October 18, 2005 No Refund
