Dear Friend and Colleague,
We take great pleasure in inviting you to participate in the 13th Congress of the International Society of Bioengineering and Skin, which will take place in Jerusalem, Israel, March 26-30, 2000.
Jerusalem is the ancient and modern capital of Israel and the holy city of three great religions. Situated at the crossroads of Africa, Asia and Europe, it has for more than three millennia been the source of profound intellectual and emotional inspiration, of prayer and of pilgrimage.
Today, Israel has a unique blend of historic vistas, sacred sites as well as contemporary architecture, archeology and an ideal Mediterranean climate.
